It's not really an apartment. It's basically an office in an older commercial building. There is another massage parlor on the first floor, but this MP is on the 2nd floor toward the back. There are two massage tables with a solid wall between them, but with curtains separating both of them from the main office space. On the list of businesses on the street, I think it is called "China Massage Center." It may not be a bad idea to make an appointment, because sometimes there is only one provider there.
